Join us in FRANK for a talk by guest speaker, owner of Muses Card Shop, Abhi Sivadas. This talk explores the profound spiritual science embedded in Indian art, sculpture, and architecture, where form, symbolism, and geometry converge as pathways to elevate our consciousness. In Indian tradition, art is a sacred practice—not only an aesthetic endeavor but a transformative one that bridges the earthly and the divine. Through carefully crafted proportions, intentional geometry, and cosmic resonance, ancient Indian art becomes a language of the Atman (inner self )
In this presentation, we will uncover the wisdom passed down by the ancient sages, focusing on three core aspects foundational to Indian spiritual science in art and architecture:
1. The Grammar and Language of Divine Forms
Indian sacred art and architecture are deeply symbolic, using intricate geometries and sacred symbols to convey spiritual meanings. Each curve, line, and form has purpose, designed to connect us to the cosmos and awaken our Atman, the inner Self. Through this lens, we’ll explore the language of divine forms and how their careful design shapes our interaction with the higher realms.
2. Understanding Proportions for Divine Forms
At the heart of divine Art , architecture and sculpture lies sacred mathematical precision. These proportions are more than visual guidelines; they are rooted in cosmic alignment, bringing the structures and forms into resonance with universal order. By following these proportions, ancient artisans created sculptures and temples that do not simply represent divinity but embody its vibration, inviting viewers to experience a harmony that uplifts the spirit.
3. Creating a Healing Space with Cosmic Vibrations
Beyond their visual beauty, Indian temples and divine sculptures are built to emit healing vibrations. Crafted through intentional spatial arrangements and spiritual geometry, these spaces cultivate peace, balance, and inspiration. This segment will explore how spiritual architecture and sculpture are designed to resonate with transformative energies, elevating the viewer’s experience to one of profound peace and interconnectedness.
